Y again!

Back in Owen Sound at the Y yesterday.   Had some company on the track yesterday Grant and Patrick joined me.   Both are running R4K 8 Hour.    Patrick has never gone past a 21.1 so we are going to get his first 42.2 done at York.    Patrick logged a 21.1 with a walking break at 9km and a 2km cool down at the end.  Grant and I logged 35km mostly at around a 6:00 pace.    Will be back a week from this Tuesday for another go at the track ..... thinking at least a "Full".
